Sales & Events Manager at The Megaro Collection

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Events Manager to join our team at The Megaro Collection. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business development and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and events management, with experience in managing small teams and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for conducting proactive sales calls, meeting with clients, and participating in networking events. Additionally, you will manage the workload of the events coordinator and ensure all function rooms are clean and set up correctly according to event requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct proactive sales calls and meetings
* Participate in networking events
* Manage the workload of the events coordinator
* Ensure all function rooms are clean and set up correctly according to event requirements
* Brief and train the events team regarding menus, functions, and safety procedures

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales and events management
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent command of English, both verbally and written
