Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can promote and sell our event services and facilities to potential clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless planning and execution of all events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell event services and facilities to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits and showcase the venue and event spaces
  • Collaborate with the events team to develop tailored event proposals and packages
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution
  • Manage event bookings, contracts, and invoicing
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of event planning and execution processes
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
