About the Role

The Meeting & Events Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy of all Meetings and Events function rooms. This involves managing competitor intelligence, pricing strategies, and inventory management to achieve budgeted revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and respond to client correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with accommodation departments to obtain quotations and manage bedroom reservations efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments, trial meals, and show rounds with clients as required.
  • Refer sales leads and enquiries to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Maintain adherence to credit policies, ensuring deposits are received in advance and payments cleared within 24 hours.
