Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team operating across the Midlands, Wales, and the South. This will involve managing, developing, and mentoring the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Manage key accounts and set budgets to ensure margins and targets are met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Travel frequently throughout the region to meet with customers and team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Background in foodservice or food manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
