We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in our existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • New Business Development: Identify, attract, and sell to new customers in existing and new markets, leveraging your knowledge of the young plant or ornamental plants market to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the young plant or ornamental plants market, informing our sales strategy and tactics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or horticulture, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the young plant or ornamental plants market, including sales and growing practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CRM software.
