Personal Assistant to Executive Leadership

We are a UK based Construction and Infrastructure Contractor, operating in the commercial, rail, highways, and civil engineering sectors. Our company has experienced significant growth over the past decade, working on government funded projects and private developments.
We require a skilled Personal Assistant to join our team, supporting the HSQE Director in their day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. They will be responsible for producing high-quality presentations, attending meetings, and taking minutes, as well as assisting with bid and tender processes.
We offer a competitive salary package, including up to £45,000 per annum, and a range of benefits, including 25 Days holiday + BH, and a matched pension scheme. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
As a Personal Assistant to the HSQE Director, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company, while developing your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
