As a Residential Care Practitioner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with residents to create positive outcomes and promote independence.
- Engaging in direct practical interactions, including play, activities, and personal care.
- Completing health and safety checks and adhering to individual risk assessments.
- Participating in planning and implementation of care plans.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000-£24,000 per annum, plus sleep-in allowances of £60 per night. You will also benefit from funded training, voucher schemes, and 28 days' annual leave.
