Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Reservation Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with Sales Activities: Provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Manager in maintaining and developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and tracking sales production.
- Coordinate Reservations: Assist with the processing of group and individual reservations, ensuring timely and accurate entry into our systems.
- Support Customer Enquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guest account information is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with previous sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated sales success and ability to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
- Excellent Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
