About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Retail and CPG Industry Business Development team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships with top retailers and manufacturers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top retailers and manufacturers to drive sales growth and partnership development
  • Lead and deliver training programs to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience in sales operations and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
