Lettings and Estates Coordinator

As a Property Manager at Additional Resources, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent customer service.
* Oversee the management of rental properties, ensuring they meet required standards and compliance regulations.
* Handle tenant queries, providing clear and accurate advice on early contract terminations and rent arrears.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Lettings Manager, ideally within a lettings setting.
* Strong background in property management and residential lettings.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and a valid UK driving licence.
