At Connells Group HQ, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic residential lettings team in Annesley. As a key member of our Group Corporate Property Services division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive a high-quality experience.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange all necessary pre-let work to put properties into a lettable condition.
* Establish liability for work between landlords and tenants.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance in line with Client SLAs.
* Where possible, delegate tasks to other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
