Business Development Head

We are seeking a Business Development Head to join our team at Harte Recruitment. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for managing lettings operations across various branches, driving business growth through strategic acquisitions, and contributing to the company's success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team of lettings professionals, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives. They will also have a strong understanding of the lettings industry and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., estate agency, property management)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lettings, preferably in a multi-branch environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
