Job Title: Property Administrator - Sales & Lettings Support

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support our sales and lettings team in Arnold/Nottingham.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their skills and knowledge in property administration, working Monday to Friday 8:45am-6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare accurate property particulars and sales memorandums, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate viewings by preparing keys and instructions for viewers, ensuring timely communication.
  • Launch property details onto leading property websites, increasing visibility and attracting potential buyers.
  • Manage confidential information, prepare contracts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond promptly to calls and queries from clients, vendors, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
