Senior Property Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Manager to join our team at Kenton Black - Construction. As a key member of our land development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering successful projects.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000 - £85,000, with additional benefits including private healthcare, a company car allowance, and a competitive bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities as a Land Manager will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing project budgets and timelines, and identifying and acquiring new land opportunities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring the delivery of successful projects that meet our client's needs.
Key Requirements:
For this role, we require an individual with extensive experience in land management, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in a related field would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of land law and property development.
