About the Role

As a Customer Experience Advocate at Zellis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are successful and delighted throughout their journey with us.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals. This includes providing proactive and reactive support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to customer challenges. Regular business reviews and health checks will ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes.

By analyzing customer feedback and data, you will inform business decisions and improve overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and results-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
