Customer Experience Advocate

About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador at Manchester Airport, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every passenger receives a safe and efficient experience as they travel through our Terminals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, timely, and accurate information to guests.
- Supporting operational activities to meet customer demands and needs.
- Ensuring service levels are achieved and maintained for all aspects of guest experience.
- Proactively responding to customer feedback and problem situations.
- Monitoring terminal appearance and cleanliness.
- Assisting in emergency situations, including evacuations and re-entry.
- Dealing with complaints face-to-face.
- Attending accidents and accurately reporting, investigating, taking photos, and making recommendations.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have proven experience in a similar customer service operational role and demonstrable experience working in a face-to-face customer service environment. Strong influencing skills and the ability to persuade, organise, and direct people in a friendly informative manner are essential. Additionally, you will need to be able to effectively handle complaints and conflict to reach the most positive resolution.
