The Role

This strategic leadership position requires an individual who can leverage their expertise in HR operations to drive process improvements, manage international teams, and develop effective policies and procedures. You will work closely with senior leaders to integrate new initiatives, processes, and businesses across regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Global Operations Leadership: Develop and implement global operational strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across regions.
  • People Management: Manage and motivate an international team of HR professionals, promoting collaboration, development, and a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize HR processes, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain comprehensive HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws across all locations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders and driving successful outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR operations, preferably in an international setting.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
