About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in this exciting role. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our site, including ensuring the smooth delivery of site services, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing relationships with third-party contractors.

Job Description

">
  • Site Services: Manage the delivery of site services, including post/deliveries, cleaning, vending management, office services, waste, hard services, and other site-related activities.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure effective financial management.
  • Contractor Management: Manage relationships with third-party contractors, including completing inductions, maintaining QHSE paperwork, and escorting them around the site.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure full compliance with all QHSE requirements, including completion of required monthly Health & Safety documents within required timelines.

Person Specification

  • Customer Service: Establish and maintain customer satisfaction by providing a 'quality' and proactive service.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a similar position in an FM or related services environment, with good knowledge of SLAs/KPIs, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Skills and Competencies: PC literate, with competence in oral and written skills, and able to work to pressured deadlines. Strong finance skills with budget management experience are essential.

Estimated Salary

">

£50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours

">

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Holiday Entitlement

20 days per annum, plus bank holidays.
