Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs
- Exploring new sales avenues through targeted outreach and engagement
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns
- Developing and delivering product presentations
- Generating sales and financial reports to inform business decisions
- Ensuring timely restocking of products for sales and demonstrations
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences
- Negotiating and closing deals while addressing customer concerns
- Collaborating with team members to drive shared goals and objectives
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback to inform internal improvements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Substantial experience in sales or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM software would be beneficial
- An in-depth understanding of marketing and negotiation strategies
- A results-driven approach with a focus on exceeding targets
- Effective communication and presentation skills
We provide a comprehensive compensation package including:
- Unlimited commission earnings based on 10% of the profit margin, applicable to both one-time and recurring transactions
- A company vehicle for business and personal use upon promotion to Account Manager
- Annual Salary: Up to £30,000
