Sales and Business Development Professional

A renowned company, Hamilton Barnes, with over 30 years of experience in the IT & Telecoms sector, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Sales and Business Development Professional.
This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with a clear path for advancement to an Account Management position, where you will manage your own accounts and take on key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Develop new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Establish relationships with potential clients and gather feedback
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services
- Monitor and report on sales and financial data
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
- Negotiate and close deals, resolving customer complaints and objections
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is an asset
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude for delivering compelling presentations
Benefits:
- Uncapped commission at 10% of the margin, applicable to both one-time and recurring payments
