We are looking for a talented and experienced Nursing Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of the ward management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing care for patients within the ward, ensuring that all delivery of care is at the highest standard and remains safe at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of nursing practice.
  2. Lead and manage the ward team, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent patient care.
  3. Work closely with the Ward Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the ward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience of leading and managing teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging but rewarding role, with a salary of approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
