Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans

Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Desirable: Advanced Life Support (ALS), PALS, ILS, triage training, previous acute experience, mentorship experience, and research activities
