About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our European team in London. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth on marketplaces across Europe.
  • Define and execute joint business plans with our brands to create mutually beneficial sales and marketing plans.
  • Represent our brands across marketplaces through best-in-class product content, including images, enhanced content, keyword SEO, local language translation, and advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct regular analysis of brand performance using multiple data sources and tools to ensure continuous optimization across all touch points.
  • Manage inventory and work closely with our merchandisers to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client partners, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in managing an ecommerce business.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an ecommerce role.
  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong academic background (2:1 or above).
  • Previous experience growing brands on Marketplaces (Amazon).
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Highly organized and disciplined.
  • Willing to be nimble and adaptable to change.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
