Employment and Wellbeing Manager

Aspire Recruitment is looking for an experienced employment specialist to join our team in Grange-over-Sands. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure and sustain competitive employment.
About the Role:- The IPS Employment Specialist will manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing them with support and guidance to overcome their challenges and achieve their employment goals.
- The role involves engaging with local employers to secure competitive, integrated employment opportunities that meet the needs of our clients.
- The successful candidate will also provide ongoing in-work support for up to six months post-placement, ensuring a successful transition and retention in employment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employment support, with a focus on individuals with mental health conditions.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
What We Offer:
- £29,777 per annum
