Learning and Development Business Partner

Travail Employment Group is looking for a qualified Academy L&D Advisor to work with one of our prestigious clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective Learning & Development strategies that drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Learning & Development principles and practices, including adult learning theory and instructional design. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include creating business training templates, ensuring accurate certification records, and developing and maintaining accurate recording systems or sourcing suitable training software. The successful candidate will also source competitive external training options, identify training gaps and liaise with managers and Directors to ensure delivery, and implement Apprenticeship schemes, sourcing training providers as needed.
An estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
