EYFS Maternity Cover Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EYFS teacher to fill a maternity cover position at one of our partner schools located on the outskirts of Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing students within an EYFS setting.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge- Support students' personal and social development through a range of activities and initiatives- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication- Adhere to school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and curriculum- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 pro rata
