Care and Support Specialist

We are recruiting highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team in Lincolnshire and support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives.
This fulfilling role involves providing care and support to enhance the independence of individuals, promoting choice and control over their lives.
- Engaging individuals in activities such as swimming, biking, baking, and trips to the cinema.
- Organizing recreational activities for our service users.
- Assisting and monitoring individuals with their personal health and care needs.
- Preparing nutritious meals.
- Creating a safe and respectful environment by adhering to established care plans.
- Notifying the manager of any significant developments or challenges within the care setting.
- Able to maintain a tidy and well-organized living space, including cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
- Flexible approach to meeting individual needs.
- Ability to provide personal care when necessary.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
