About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Team Manager at Voyage Care.

Job Description
  • Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals, ensuring high-quality person-centred care and support is delivered. They will also develop and implement individual support plans, manage staff teams, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual support plans that meet the unique needs of each person supported.
  • Manage a caseload of individuals, ensuring their needs are met and their lives are enhanced.
  • Lead and manage staff teams, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including administration of medication and safeguarding.
  • Undertake training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in care management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in care management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use software applications.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in care or a related field.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated at £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including annual leave, sick pay, and opportunities for professional development.
