Mental Health Employment Specialist

Aspire Recruitment seeks a dedicated IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure competitive employment. Key responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, engaging with local employers, and providing in-work support to ensure successful transition and retention.
Required skills include proven experience in employment support, ideally within the IPS model, and a valid driving licence. Due to the nature of this role, a DBS check is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Grange-over-Sands/South Lakes, offering a salary of £29,777 and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays. The Local Government Pension Scheme is also available.
