- Salary: £25,116 per annum, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, reaching up to £30,000+ within 5 years.
- Job Responsibilities:
As a Recovery and Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing regular contact with a caseload of young people, offering advice, information, and psycho-social interventions. You will also complete assessments, risk management planning, and work closely with our clinical staff and partner agencies.
Key skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds, and a keen interest in supporting those experiencing substance use issues or mental health concerns.
