Global Customer Success Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Payoneer Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with top clients to identify emerging business opportunities and develop value propositions that address their needs.
- Collaborate with business development managers, sales, and delivery teams to develop offerings and cross-sell to existing clients and prospects.
- Maintain all customer activity information within the CRM platform.
- Create compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of account management, business development, or relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Bachelor's degree in business or communications.
- Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
