About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Payoneer Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with top clients to identify emerging business opportunities and develop value propositions that address their needs.
  • Collaborate with business development managers, sales, and delivery teams to develop offerings and cross-sell to existing clients and prospects.
  • Maintain all customer activity information within the CRM platform.
  • Create compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of account management, business development, or relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or communications.
  • Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
