Job Title: Primary Care Network Lead

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our primary care network, working closely with the COO and Clinical Director to achieve strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to drive improvements through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the COO and Clinical Director in implementing strategic objectives, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of service changes, pathways, and local improvement programmes.
  • Manage key projects across the network, contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the PCN.
  • Develop and implement business cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
