We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ivybridge. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the reception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Partners, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting clients and visitors, and providing hospitality as needed.
  • Assist with planning and arranging events, including organizing catering and refreshments.
  • Maintain stock of supplies, anticipating work requirements, and procuring additional services/products as needed.
  • Interact with the Partners and wider team, carrying out their requests and providing administrative support.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
