The Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ESG practice, you will be responsible for leading projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ESG projects and deliver results to clients
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Manage a small team and provide guidance and support

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ESG consulting
  • Proven track record of delivering ESG projects and results
  • Strong understanding of ESG regulations and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer

Tarka Talent offers a competitive salary of £60,000 to £80,000, dependent on experience, with a range of company benefits. This role is based in Central London with flexibility to work from home. We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants.
