ESG Sustainability Manager / Consultant


We are seeking an experienced ESG / Sustainability professional to join our dynamic and ambitious team at ESG REC Limited. As an ESG / Sustainability Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a real leader within the organisation and make a significant difference in the field of decarbonisation and sustainability.


Innovative Projects

As an ESG / Sustainability Manager, you will lead and manage high-profile projects, including CSRD and Scope 3 Decarbonisation initiatives for major household names and innovative leading international companies. You will benefit from the chance to be mentored into a leadership position with no ceiling on your career progression. Your voice will be heard, and you'll have the opportunity to influence and lead within the business and the wider industry.


Flexible Working Arrangements

We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid or remote work options. While the team meets regularly in London, full-time office or remote work is also an option for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal development and team coordination.
  • Engage in all aspects of project management, from client meetings and proposal writing to team assembly and project delivery.
  • Work in an environment that values results over rigid schedules, with options for true flexible working.


Requirements
  • Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion, including proposal development and team coordination.
  • Essential for understanding client needs and the entrepreneurial nature of the business.
