**Job Title:** Mental Health Support Specialist
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Mental Health Support Specialist in a SEN school, providing support to children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the clinical team within the school, using their knowledge of psychology and criminology to provide first-class support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide emotional support and guidance to students with complex needs
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans
- To contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or Criminology (or related field)
- Experience working with children with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
