About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnerships Development Specialist to join our Partnerships Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales operations and account management of our sponsors and partners for our highly-curated events across London, New York, Berlin & Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the Partnerships Team and wider events team to ensure partners have a seamless transition pre-, during-, and post-sale.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality control standards throughout execution of an agreement.
  • Manage the relationship to ensure we are meeting set deliverables and recording/following up with the actions post meetings.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Founders Forum products and pitch the Founders Forum value proposition.
  • Account management of clients, working closely with customers to ensure ROI.
  • Nurture and develop sustainable long-term relationships with customers and meet with customers face to face, over the phone, virtually or in writing.
  • Proactively respond to inbound enquiries.
  • CRM Management, responsible for maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
  • Reporting into the Head of Partnerships and assisting with targeted client outreach and key client customer service.
  • Supporting sales team as needed with drafting and managing booth and sponsorship contracts.
  • Attend Founders Forum events as required to support client delivery on site.
  • Ad hoc sales projects as needed.
