We are a pioneering AI concierge for ecommerce merchants, dedicated to automating key touchpoints in the customer journey. Our solution handles everything from product recommendations to lost parcels and refunds.

Our mission is to become the world's leading automation platform in ecommerce and retail by leveraging partnerships as a vital growth lever. We're seeking a quota-carrying Partnership Development Specialist to build a territory of service partners in the UK and EMEA.

The Role

This exciting opportunity involves deciding on strategic partnerships, running enablement sessions, finding opportunities for reciprocity, attending events, and collaborating with our Head of Partnerships to refine our partnership management strategy.

As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for showing a good return on investment (ROI) on your time and contributing to the growth of our business.

You will work closely with our existing Partner Manager in Toronto, Ontario, managing Channel Partnerships in North America. Your goal will be to prove the model further by expanding into the UK and EMEA market.

A strong knowledge of the ecommerce landscape, automation, and software tools is essential for this role. If you're enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, comfortable with decision-making, and have a flair for public speaking, we'd love to hear from you.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
