Customer Success Partner

We at Appglide are looking for a Customer Success Partner to complement our existing customer support team. This role involves working with fast-growing startups that require end-to-end customer support across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume support requests in a timely manner. A strong understanding of customer success strategies and methodologies is also essential for this role.
As a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 support to customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media. You will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and resolve any issues that may arise.
