**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at ReCulture, a dynamic and growing company. As a Customer Success professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, particularly with enterprise customers, and a strong understanding of technology and how it can be applied to improve customer outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the customer journey from onboarding through to long-term retention
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and tech teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide strategic advice and support, helping clients fully leverage the technology to drive results

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
