Job Title: Airfreight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Airfreight Coordinator to join our team at Silver Arrow Recruitment. As an Airfreight Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate airfreight shipments, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation
  • Work closely with suppliers, airlines, and overseas partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Monitor and report on shipment status, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Industry and operational knowledge of airfreight
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
