Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team, including minute-taking services as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To prepare formal reports, letters, memos, and other correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. To maintain organized filing systems, collate reports, files, registers, and other relevant records.
  3. To assist in organizing meetings and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
