Senior Youth Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Youth Support Coordinator within our Youth Justice Service in Sefton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management and support services to children and young people who are at risk of offending or have offended.
You will work closely with partners across the region to identify the needs and risks of each child or young person, develop and implement effective intervention plans, and prepare reports for panels and courts. Your expertise and experience will enable you to make sound judgments and decisions, ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for each child or young person.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing demands and deadlines.
