About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Procurement Expert to join our team at Bramcote Consulting Limited. As a Senior Manager/Director level Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading procurement projects and teams, and providing expertise in procurement strategy and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement projects and initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on procurement and supply chain management to clients
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks, and develop strategies to minimize costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, with a strong track record of achievement and progression
  • Direct and indirect procurement expertise, with a focus on strategic procurement and supply chain management
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and leading projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of procurement methodology and tools, with experience in project management

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £125,000 to £140,000 (2 levels) + £6k car/cash + bens + bonus to 58% + 6 monthly reviews
