About the Role

Bramcote Consulting Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/Director to join their dynamic organisation in London. As a Strategic Procurement Expert, you will be part of a growing leadership team and work with true experts in strategic procurement and supply chain strategy for leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple teams and projects, touching not only procurement and supply chain, but multiple parts of the client's business
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement and supply chain matters
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in strategic procurement, distribution, sales and operations planning, and/or operations strategy
  • Direct and indirect procurement expertise
  • Strong track record of relevant industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing/industrials, energy/new energy or TMT
  • Robust people leadership skills and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction
  • Business acquisition competencies and a network in place that can be developed into a client base
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodology and tools and proven track record of project management

What We Offer

  • Base salary of £125,000 to £140,000 (2 levels) + £6k car/cash + bens + bonus to 58% + 6 monthly reviews
  • No audit channel and fast progression
  • Hybrid role with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and clients
