Digital Community Outreach Specialist

Our goal is to rapidly deploy our network, ensuring we reach 1 million UK premises by a significant milestone.
About the Role
- You will be the first point of contact for residents in new build areas, providing them with information about building work and our ultrafast fibre network.
- Your task will be to inform residents of what to expect in their area over the coming months and provide them with more details about our services.
- To keep residents informed of progress and when their home is eligible to go live, you will collect their basic contact details.
- This field-based role requires confident individuals who can hold conversations with residents at their door or at local events.
- When we are about to go live in an area, you will capture resident contact details that help us understand broadband products used by local communities.
- You must be able to drive and have good knowledge of the area.
- Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £23,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. This includes a £250 per month car allowance and uncapped commission.
