Bromford's Communications team is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Communications department, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and improving content across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite and Content Management Systems, as well as familiarity with performance tracking tools and Mac systems. Previous experience in an administrative or co-ordination role is essential.

You will work closely with the Communications team to prepare materials, create engaging content for the Intranet and Website, audit web content, and champion continuous content improvements. You will also be responsible for gathering and compiling performance data across channels, preparing reports on KPIs, and assisting in analyzing trends to provide insights that enhance communication strategies.
