About the Role

This position is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals, particularly those with experience of the justice system or criminal psychology. As an Adult Outreach Worker, you will be working across Wolverhampton and Birmingham, supporting participants to develop trust-based relationships and access activities and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with participants to provide ongoing support and coaching/mentoring services.
  • Cover various sites across Wolverhampton and Birmingham, requiring regular travel and access to transport.

Requirements

  • Degree level qualification in a relevant field, preferably with knowledge of the justice system or criminal psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
