About the Role:
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be responsible for coordinating the care of service users with complex mental health needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess and develop individualized care plans. Your expertise and passion for mental health care will be instrumental in helping us to deliver outstanding results.
