Job Description:

This permanent, full-time role is based in Tamworth, working 37.5 hours per week. You will report to the Planning Manager and be responsible for coordinating and identifying land opportunities and proposals for submission to landowners/agents.

The aim is to achieve acquisition at the earliest opportunity that is viable and deliverable.

Salary: The salary for this position is £54,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, securing Land Agreements, and knowledge of the UK Residential Property Market and Planning Frameworks/Legislation.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and good understanding of Health and Safety (including CDM relating to design).
